Behind the scenes of the acclaimed Showtime series “Homeland” is Lesli Linka-Glatter, a prolific TV director whose success she tries to make less of an anomaly. As Hollywood comes to terms with issues of gender inequity and sexual misconduct, Linka-Glatter is working to help bring parity to the male-dominated industry.
