Thriving, affordable Twin Cities have racial inequality gap
In the United States, the best cities for making a living are usually the least affordable. Minneapolis-St. Paul has been an exception, thanks in part to progressive laws on education, tax sharing and housing. But even in the Twin Cities, there’s a sharp racial inequality gap.
