Trump's attorneys claim he's immune from Jan. 6 prosecution
Donald Trump was in court in Washington while his attorneys argued the former president is immune from federal prosecution connected to the Jan. 6 attack. The three judge appeals panel seemed skeptical of the argument that Trump was acting in his official capacity as president to "ensure election integrity" when he undermined the results.
