What priorities will Jerome Powell bring to the Fed?
President Trump announced Jerome Powell as his nominee to be the new chair of the Federal Reserve, replacing Janet Yellen in early 2018. With a background in law and finance, Powell would be the first Fed chair in almost forty years without formal economics training.
