Rahm Emanuel on building military cooperation with Japan

Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida and the president of the Philippines, Ferdinand Marcos, will meet with President Biden on Wednesday for a trilateral summit. The Biden administration has been improving military cooperation with Asian countries as a means to counter China's increasingly assertive behavior.
