U.S. withdrawal of nuclear treaty sparks arms race concerns
The Trump Administration on Friday formally withdrew from the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty, a Cold War-era arms pact with Russia that banned land-based missiles with ranges up to 3,410 miles.
