Biden says transition underway despite Trump's resistance

President-elect Joe Biden is reassuring Americans about the transition of power -- even if President Trump never admits he lost. Biden has 290 electoral votes, 20 more than he needed to win. On Tuesday, he held his first news conference since Election Day, promising that his team is continuing to make progress.
