What are the hazards of renegotiating NAFTA?
President Trump has offered tough talk and mixed signals on the future of NAFTA. On Thursday, Mr. Trump said he agreed to give the trade agreement another shot, while leaving open the possibility that the U.S. might yet withdraw if negotiations don’t pan out.
