What happens if Iraqi forces retake Tikrit from ISIS?
Iraqi security forces and Shia militia members fought Islamic State fighters in Tikrit earlier this week in their biggest offensive yet against the militants. If successful, it would be the first time pro-government forces beat back ISIS to recover a major Iraqi city.
