What the Lebanese prime minister's resignation means

Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri said Sunday he will return to Lebanon “very soon,” eight days after resigning from his position. The Lebanese president earlier said he believed Hariri, who led a coalition government with Iran-backed Hezbollah, was being forcibly held in Saudi Arabia.
