Who wins and loses in the GOP’s proposed tax overhaul
President Trump and congressional Republicans unveiled the most sweeping overhaul of the tax code in more than three decades. Many details are not yet decided, but the president told supporters in Indianapolis that the current tax code is a “relic” that must be made simpler.
