Why Saudi Arabia rolled back its Yemen military action

Saudi Arabia announced an end to a month-long air campaign against Shiite rebels in Yemen, saying they will focus on political efforts and use military action if needed. The White House has sent over an aircraft carrier to beef up security. Meanwhile, a senior rebel leader said a political accord is nearly ready.
