President Joe Biden’s 2024 State of the Union address | PBS NewsHour Special Coverage
President Joe Biden will deliver his State of the Union address March 7 as he gears up for a reelection bid that seems likely to be a rematch with his last election opponent.
The president’s biggest annual moment on the national stage is a chance to stress his priorities, make his case for another term, as well as combat headwinds or negative perceptions of his leadership. After Biden speaks, Republicans will counter his arguments with a televised response.
PBS NewsHour’s special coverage of the 2024 State of the Union will begin at 6 p.m. EST on March 7.
