Up Front: The latest on fugitive ex-cop Christopher Dorner, who went on a killing spree after he was fired from the Los Angeles Police Department. In the Studio: What does the Dorner case mean for the LAPD moving forward? Madeleine speaks with two local experts: Joe Domanick, associate director of the Center on Media Crime and Justice, west coast bureau chief of thecrimereport.org, and author of the definitive history of the LAPD, "To Protect and To Serve." Connie Rice, civil rights attorney, longtime watchdog of the LAPD, and author of "Power Concedes Nothing," who was instrumental in forcing the department to make fundamental changes.
