USPS navigates challenges as it celebrates 250th birthday

One of the oldest institutions in our young country, the U.S. Postal Service turned 250 on Saturday. The agency is deeply intertwined with the nation’s history and has been critical to its growth, but with annual net losses nearing $10 billion, this time of celebration is also one of concern.
