Rescue crews rush to search rubble after Mexico earthquake

The earthquake that rocked central Mexico Tuesday afternoon has killed more than 200 people and sparked desperate searches for survivors and victims in rubble across Mexico City. Judy Woodruff speaks with Gus Valcarcel of the Associated Press to get an assessment of the search efforts on the ground.
