News Wrap: U.S., South Korea reach new trade deal

In our news wrap Tuesday, the U.S. and South Korea have reached a new trade agreement, which will double American auto exports to the South. President Trump had called the existing deal a job killer. Also, Poland signed a major deal to buy U.S. Patriot missile defense systems to counter Russia.
