Turkish military says it has taken control of country
The Turkish military says it has carried out a coup against President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who is reportedly urging his supporters to resist the takeover and flood the streets. The military leaders cited Erdogan’s autocratic rule and the growing terrorism in the NATO member state. Judy Woodruff talks to Steven Cook from the Council on Foreign Relations.
