How L.A.'s First Toll Road Could Help Reduce Traffic

On November 10, Los Angeles got its first toll road on a stretch of 110 at one of busiest freeway intersections in the county. Val and Madeleine spoke to Stephanie Wiggins of the L.A. County Metropolitan Transportation Authority to explain some of the logistics of the year-long experiment and how the new Expresslane intends to reduce traffic.
