Prairie Farm Pumpkin Harvest
Ken Seguine and Jay Gilbertson of Hay River Pumpkin Seed Oil in Prairie Farm, Wisconsin were the first farmers in America to produce pumpkin seed oil. All the hard work of their growing season pays off once a year on harvest day. They show us how they harvest their special breed of pumpkins with the help of their friends and neighbors, and an improbable machine that separates and cleans the seeds.
